- **Minors under 18:** Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from submitting form requests, scheduling baseline mechanical audits, or registering for training cohorts independently on this website.
- **Required Parental Agency:** All registration requests, physical baseline audits, and digital remote training inquiries for athletes under 18 years of age **MUST be initiated and completed by a parent or legal guardian** on behalf of the athlete.
- **Consent Affirmation:** By submitting any form on this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legally authorized guardian of the minor athlete listed. 3. FORM SUBMISSION AND COMMUNICATIONS
When you request a mechanical baseline audit or register for information, you provide contact details (including phone number and email address). By completing these forms:
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details about yourself and the athlete.
- You consent to receive communications from Pedigree Sports Performance, including emails, phone calls, or text messages (SMS) to coordinate scheduling, assessment results, and program availability.

4. IN-PERSON ASSESSMENTS & TRAINING
For athletes participating in-person at our Spartanburg training headquarters:
- We utilize advanced training methods, including high-speed video capture, lower-half power tracking, swing-plane metrics, and throwing velocity tracking.
- We do not accept every applicant into our elite in-person cohorts. Admission is at the sole discretion of our coaching staff based on slot availability, commitment standards, and assessment outcomes.
- Performance data captured during assessments is used internally to design custom athletic development blueprints. Anonymous or aggregated data may be used to analyze overall cohort performance trends.
5. REMOTE TRAINING & DIGITAL COACHING
For athletes participating in our digital remote training plans, video evaluations, or self-paced courses:
- Video Submissions: You may submit video files of athlete mechanics (e.g., throwing, hitting, or strength movements) for review. By submitting video content, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so and grant Pedigree Sports Performance the right to analyze and review the footage to construct custom training recommendations.
- Self-Directed Training & Safety: Remote training plans are designed to be performed at your local facility, home, or team field. These plans are entirely self-directed and unsupervised by our coaching staff. You agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a safe training environment, use proper safety equipment (e.g., helmets, nets, protective screens), and ensure a qualified adult or coach is present to supervise minor athletes.
- Liability Disclaimer: Pedigree Sports Performance and its staff are not responsible or liable for any injuries, hardware damage, or facility issues that occur while executing unsupervised remote training plans.
6. LIABILITY AND TRAINING RISK WAIVER
Athletic training, baseball operations, strength blocks, and speed drills involve inherent physical risks.
- By registering for or participating in any assessment, daytime clinic, or cohort at a Pedigree Sports Performance location, or executing any remote training plan, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks of physical training.
- A comprehensive, signed physical training liability waiver and medical release form **must be executed** by a parent, guardian, or adult athlete in-person at our headquarters or submitted electronically prior to the commencement of any baseline physical testing, group training, or receipt of custom remote programming.
