We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out forms on our website (including our Performance Assessment Request Form, and our Quick Request Forms).

  • Athlete Information: Full name, age, graduation year, educational status (homeschool, public, or private school), training preferences, experience, goals, and positions played.
  • Parent/Guardian Details: Full name, email address, and phone number (for contact, program updates, and scheduling baseline mechanical and movement audits).
  • Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device, browsing activity, and location through Google Analytics.

3. GOOGLE ANALYTICS & COOKIES

We use Google Analytics strictly to analyze how visitors interact with our website, monitor performance, and optimize our remote training plans and local program offerings. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect standard, anonymous internet log information and visitor behavior patterns.

Because we do not run third-party advertising retargeting networks or sell user data, we do not deploy invasive tracking pixels or display a disruptive cookie consent banner. Instead:

  • We utilize Google Analytics exclusively for performance auditing, mobile page speed improvements, and content optimization.

  • Improve, optimize, and maintain our website's performance and accessibility.

We value your privacy and will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. CHILD AND MINOR PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

COPPA COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Pedigree Sports Performance is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or request personal information online from children under the age of 13.

  • Our website, contact forms, and remote program request systems are designed exclusively for parents, legal guardians, and adult athletes over the age of 18.
  • Minors under the age of 18 (and specifically under the age of 13) are strictly prohibited from submitting form data or registering for remote training plans independently. Any information regarding a minor athlete must be supplied solely by their parent or legal guardian.
  • If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your child under 13 has submitted personal information on our website without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will prioritize the prompt and complete deletion of such data from our records.

6. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

For athletes, parents, and visitors residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Lawful Bases for Processing: We process your data under the following legal grounds: (a) Performance of a contract to deliver requested remote training plans or custom athletic development blueprints; (b) Legitimate interests in maintaining website security, improving loading speed, and analyzing user interest via anonymous analytics; and (c) Explicit consent for voluntary inquiries and direct scheduling requests.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten"); the right to data portability; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  • International Transfers: Pedigree Sports Performance operates in the United States.
