PEDIGREE SPORTS PERFORMANCE

The Elite Baseball Group

ABOUT

At Pedigree Sports Performance, we offer detailed, high-level development for baseball players of all ages and levels — youth, high school, college, and professional. Most players train in crowds. A few train inside real systems. At PSP, every athlete is developed with a purpose — with structure, intent, and a plan that translates directly to game performance.

PSP Difference

Our training is designed to build complete baseball players, not just better workouts.

Advanced Skill Development

Detailed instruction in hitting, defense, footwork, throwing mechanics, and positional skill work — focused on clean movement, efficiency, and consistency.

Strength + Athletic Performance

Speed, strength, mobility, explosiveness, and durability programs built to create stronger, faster athletes who can stay healthy and compete longer.

High-Level Instruction

Coaching with real standards — teaching the “why” behind every rep so athletes understand how to adjust, improve, and compete with confidence.

Accountability + Structure

Every session has intention. Athletes are challenged, coached hard, and expected to execute with focus, discipline, and effort.

Game-Speed Reps That Translate

Training isn’t slow or random — reps are designed to match real game situations so players improve where it matters most: under pressure.
